Individual therapy is a place to explore, better understand, and address personal struggles. This may include emotion regulation, self-esteem, feelings of not being good enough, anxiety, depression, or other areas of need.
I offer individual therapy to children, teenagers, and adults. When working with children, I believe it’s important for the parents or guardians to be involved in the process as much as possible. This will support conversations and strategies learned in therapy to continue outside of sessions.
